Low-Sew Boutique Design Challenge

Guidelines:

Make a purse, tote, backpack, or other fashion accessory inspired by the concept of my book, Low-Sew Boutique, 25+ Quick and Clever Projects Using Ready-mades. Your entry does not have to follow a specific project in the book. Your entry must be made from at least one kitchen linen plus at least one hardware store item. More is better! Consideration will be given for the most outrageous and unexpected supplies!

To Enter:

Email high resolution photos of your entry to cheryl@homesteadspecialties.com, or snail mail to Homestead Specialties, 1883 State Road, Cochranton, PA 16314. Include a description of your entry including what materials you used, where you found them, techniques you used, and what makes your entry unique. Include what you learned along the way, your problems and solutions. Include your name, address, phone number and email address with your entry. You may enter more than one entry. The entry must be entirely made by the person entering.

Deadline:

Entries must be received by October 1, 2008. Winners will be notified by October 15, 2008.
